2010/2011 Rental Rates and Policies
Main House
WEEKLY RENTAL:
Peak Summer Season 2011 (July 2 -Sept. 3): $2,100/week, 2nd week $1700 (WEEKLY ONLY)
June 2011 (June 3-July 2): $1,400/week (WEEKLY ONLY)
Fall/Winter/Spring 2010-2011 (Sept 3 - June 3): $1,200/week , (including Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years but not Middlebury College graduation weeks)(Labor Day week, $1,600)
Middlebury Graduation: Mid-Year: $1,400/week; May: $1600/week (WEEKLY ONLY)
NIGHTLY RENTAL:
Oct 24 - May 15, 2011 (holidays weekly only): $225/ night. (3-night minimum, 4th night free)
Policies
- Well behaved preapproved dogs OK, pet fee- $25/day/pet (2 dogs maximum)
- $100 cleaning fee. Security/damage deposit of $500
- Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax on rentals 30 days or less.
- Credit Card accepted (2% fee)
